Why we are different
Tiffin Green Chartered Certified Accountants began dealing with pension scheme audits in the early 1990s however, this specialism grew extensively following the introduction of the Pensions Act 1995.
Often quoting against the big four and other large firms our professional attention to detail, staff continuity, personalised approach and cost guarantee has won the appointment.
During this time our expertise has developed and resources expanded to support a substantial portfolio of over thirty pension scheme audit clients including some top UK Pension Schemes.
Introducing the Team
The structure of our pension team is that it operates as a separate department within the practice. All staff who deal with pension schemes are very experienced Auditors and Accountants.
We do not use junior staff on pension scheme assignments.
Lisa Horsfall, one of our partners is the Head the Pension Audits, she is supported by an experienced team, which includes: Robin Brown, Paula Haden, Lee Elsworth (RI), & Steven Heaton.
All team members are continually keep up to date with changes in legislation and best practice by way of external courses, internal workshops and independent confidential reviews of files.

Currently we act for a portfolio of pension schemes either working directly for the trustees or through a firm of administrators. The range of schemes we deal with encompasses:
